Citrix Systems has announced the release date for XenApp 5.0. The latest version of the application delivery suite will be released on the 10 Sep 2008.

XenApp 5.0 is promising an overall improved end-user experience, with applications launching up to 10 times faster. Application virtualization and streaming technology has also been improved from XenApp 4.5.

Isolation 3.0 will introduce the ability to communicate between isolated applications and support for IPv6 has also been added.
