Microsoft aims to force businesses to adopt new products

Last week saw a move that Microsoft hopes will see the end of Windows XP and Office 2003 in the mainstream corporate environments. On the 14th April Microsoft moved both Windows Xp and Office 2003 onto extended support.

A real virus threat or people being over cautious

Updating to the free XenServer license

In an earlier post I mentioned that Citix were going to be releasing XenServer for free. The official release of this has now occured. Update 3, which was released from Citrix changes the licensing engine slightly allowing for the new free license to be applied. There is also an updated version for the XenCentre client.
