Google Maps adds local Traffic

Google maps now has Australian Traffic data incorporated.

The data currently only covers the major cities and traffic routes and is updated every few minutes. So now you can really see how bad traffic really is before you get started.

It only took 2 years to reach Australia.  Not really good enough.

If you have a Google Maps compatible mobile device you can use the new functionality as well.  The information displayed is collected from a number of sources and gives you a more complete picture than any single source.
